Props: Small BallThis workout will hit the entire abdominal wall using Barre conditioning methods, which heavily interweave with Pilates. Some exercises will work as a fundamentals review and deepen your Pilates foundation while others will be Barre specific and challenge you in new and physically demanding and effective ways!
