Reformer Sculpt
Summer Body Challenge - Week 1, Day 1 - Reformer Sculpt 1
Duration: 45 Minutes
Equipment: Pilates Circle, Reformer Box
The Summer Body Program is a series of workouts designed to help you look your best for Summer (and all year around). For this Reformer workout you'll need a Reformer Box and Fitness Circle. You'll work the arms, legs, and core and move all around the Reformer in almost every position imaginable. Let's get ready for Summer!

Summer Body Challenge - Week 1, Day 3 - Pilates Mat with Resistance Band
Duration: 41 Minutes
Equipment: Resistance Band
This workout is part of our Summer Body Challenge Series. The workouts are designed to help you look and feel great for summer - or any time. This is a full-body workout with a combination of Pilates Mat and other exercises, mostly using the Resistance Band.

Summer Body Challenge - Week 1, Day 5 - Body Weight HIIT
Duration: 32 Minutes
Equipment: None
This workout requires no equipment - just your body. This is a low-impact version of a HIIT workout. Each exercise will be performed all out for 30 seconds with 15-second transitions. Repeat each Round 2 times. 60 seconds of recovery between Rounds.

Equipment: Optional - Resistance Band, Foam Roller, Toning Balls
This 20 minute workout is part of our Summer Body Challenge Series. The workouts are designed to help you look and feel great for summer - or any time. This is a mobility workout that will help increase your mobility and flexibility.
